Restaurant Review: Dinasour BBQ – NYC

Great location near Fairway at 125 street in Harlem, good vibe, atmosphere and decor. Yet, by comparison to its sister location in upstate New York (Rochester) this one falls short on food and significantly so. If you are looking for a good BBQ in NYC, we would instead recommend Virgil’s BBQ on West 44th Street near Times Square.

Dinosaur BBQ has been on my list to check out for a while now – it’s just not that convenient to get to. My husband and I are BBQ fiends (both eating & cooking), and it was Virgil’s BBQ that actually brought us together
Have you tried Blue Smoke & RUB in NYC? Virgil’s still tops the list for us though – for taste & sentimental sake!

We have not tried Blue Smoke in NYC, but will follow your suggestion. Virgil’s was the closest to the Dinasour BBQ in upstate NY.
